ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

Project Reboot ensures all web compliance standards are met when handling any of your personal information. This includes but is not limited to the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, working with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) compliant partners and necessary encryption of customer data.

WHAT DATA BREACH PROCEDURES WE HAVE IN PLACE

Australian Legislation requires us to publish and report data breaches. Therefore if any data breaches occurred – even though we do not store any customer data on our website – we will report this to the relevant authorities, and inform our customers about the breach and an assessment on what data was leaked through the breach via email. Depending on the seriousness of the breach, we will consider legal action against the ‘hacker’.

WHAT THIRD PARTIES WE RECEIVE DATA FROM

We do not intend to receive third party data. However in certain circumstances we might need to check credit rating of our customers. Therefore we might retrieve publicly available data from organisations like Dunn & Bradstreet, etc. The results of our enquiries will only be stored in a summary rating (A for Ok to deal with, B for OK to deal but with caution, C for Do not deal with).

WHAT AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING AND/OR PROFILING WE DO WITH USER DATA

We do not use any automated decision making tools. Once this changes, we will revise this policy

INDUSTRY REGULATORY DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

We will abide with regulatory disclosure requirements. This may result in a subset of data being reported to regulatory bodies. We will endeavour to only provide sanitised data or at best obfuscated data to these bodies to just meet the minimum requirements.

YOUR CONSENT
