Every human being is seeking some kind of balance in their lives. Yet, we appreciate that balance is personal and unique to each individual – what may be satisfying or balanced for some may be stressful or boring for others. Therefore, there is no judgement at all by us on where you are and what you want to achieve.
This worksheet will be an input to our goal setting sessions undertaken with your personal coach:
It allows you to plan a life that is more satisfying and closer to your personal definition of balance.
It also helps clarify priorities for goal-setting.
Please note: Balance must be assessed over time. A regular check-in (by repeating this exercise) can highlight useful patterns and help you learn even more about yourself.
